Personal Training
Did you know that you can have an unhealthy rigid muscle tissue, but if that tissue is stronger than someone who has not strengthened that tissue, you will likely receive less pain signals? That is not always the case, but is most common the case.

Did you also know that those with slender body frames, constant pain regardless of how much stretching and self care, tend to reduce the pain when they start strengthening their body?

We have seen this in our own practice numerous times.

Personal trainers help to increase strength in weak areas of the body and facilitate proper full body mechanics to allow for easier access to movement, and reduce pain from poor body mechanics/posture. They are also great at maintaining accountability, and mixing things up when you get bored of the same workout routine. We highly recommend implementing physical conditioning as part of your full body self care routine!
